Chris was a two sport Division I athlete playing baseball and soccer at the University of Connecticut and the University of Vermont. During his collegiate baseball career, he was named to the All New England Team and was a candidate for the All American team. He continued his playing career in the Australian Professional Baseball League, where he was named the league’s MVP, and the Belgium Professional Baseball League. Upon his retirement, he continued his passion for baseball and became a high school baseball coach and started Championship Baseball Academy.
Chris has since turned his passion to mental performance as he believes it is what sets athletes up for continued success. He has quickly become one of the top up-and-coming mental performance coaches in the nation. He has worked with young athletes all the way up to professional athletes.
Chris believes that you need to get outside your comfort zone in order to see true growth. He lives by the statement as he is an active ultra endurance athlete and has completed several Ironman competitions.
Chris and his wife, Kaitlynn, reside in Tampa, Florida with their two children, Camden and Kinsley.
